By attending this webinar, you’ll gain the knowledge to understand the unique opportunities and challenges of specific states. Just because a state doesn’t require a license, doesn’t mean it’s the right state to start with and just because a state requires a license, doesn’t mean you should avoid it. Raise Your Game
As an attorney in the ARM industry, staying ahead of the curve is critical to your success. Legal strategies and trends are constantly changing, and it can be difficult to keep up. That's why ACA International created “At the Bar,” an exclusive monthly meeting for ARM-industry attorneys—including in-house counsel and litigation defense counsel—to discuss what's hot in the world of ARM-industry litigation.
When you attend At the Bar, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Explore current ARM litigation trends in a manageable 30-minute roundtable discussion.
- Exchange information about new claims and demands with other industry attorneys.
- Brainstorm defense theories and briefing strategies in a collaborative peer environment.
- Share your own experiences and insights with a knowledgeable and engaged community.
- Advance your litigation strategy and hone your advocacy insights.
- Network with other ARM-industry attorneys.
At the Bar will be held at 1pm on the second Friday, each month. ACA staff and members of ACA’s MAP Advisory Council will facilitate discussions of litigation issues relevant to the ARM industry. These sessions have been designed to be seminars, not lectures, meaning attendee participation will not only be welcome but strongly encouraged—so bring your questions and your thinking caps!
